Pastor Austin preached from John 3:1–21 in a sermon titled “Becoming a Disciple.” Through Jesus’ conversation with Nicodemus, the message explained what it means to become a follower of Jesus and experience the new life He offers.
The sermon focused on three important truths. First, to become a disciple is to be born again. We need God to give us new life. Second, to become a disciple is to follow Jesus by believing in Him and trusting Him. Lastly, to become a disciple is to receive rich blessings. Through Jesus, we can receive eternal life and experience the love and grace of God.
This message reminds us that becoming a disciple is more than knowing about Jesus. It means receiving new life through Him, following Him, and enjoying the blessings God gives to those who believe.
