In this sermon we see the superior rule of the Son and the rule of man recovered. The original intended plan was for man to rule the world but that got stalled when Adam sinned. The Son, Jesus Christ has now restored that through His death on the cross and believers will one day rule in the world to come just as we were originally intended to do.
